DieCast DriveIn offers the following Returns Policy:

If your items are 'DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT': keep original shipping carton and invoice. Contact UPS or USPS to report the damage. Then, please email wwwdiecastdriveincom@alltel.net    to inform us of the damage. Damage claims by USPS or UPS will be paid by them. Please be aware that only CONTENTS are insured. Shipping charges are not reimburseable.
No returns after 14 days from date of invoice.

If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please, follow these instructions:

First, contact us at email address wwwdiecastdriveincom@alltel.net
.    If return is due to our error, we will send you a return label for UPS shipping, prepaid.
On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item or items and whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put it and the item(s) in the original shipping carton with enough packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. They must arrive in resaleable new condition, including contents and original box.

RETURN your package through a UPS terminal (ground service).
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping charge will be reimbursed. If exchange is not due to damage, new shipping charges will be necessary. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE..We do not guarantee that each and every detail on the diecast item will be exactly like the original car (or item) that it represents. These are made by various manufacturers world-wide and we are only a distributor of their products. We describe them with the assistance of supplied literature and from our personal observation. Overall, they are extremely accurate to the real thing.***
Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.

Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

KEEP your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt, to credit your account.

Shipping charges will not be refunded if your order is returned for one of the following reasons:

1. Refused shipment(s) with no explanation

2. Orders returned without explanation as to why

3. Duplicated order(s) placed by you

4. Purchased item(s) somewhere else and did not cancel your order with us before we shipped your order(s)

5. Changed your mind and did not cancel order(s) before we shipped your order

6. Did not like the item(s) after you received it

7. You have moved and failed to notified us of your new address before we shipped your order. If you wish item to be shipped to your new address after it is returned to us you will be charged a new shipping charge.
8. Factory imperfections in packaging materials (box and clear plastic.)    We buy our items directly from the manufacturers and someone at sometime must handle the boxes to prepare them for shipment. Some imperfections and handling can be expected, but we do our best to keep handling to a minumum.
